TEK # Curriculum Information Pacing Clarifying Statements/Questions Resources The TEKS are the curriculum. Units may be used as a resource to teach the TEKS. It has been a misconception that by teaching “unit content” you have taught the TEKS. If you use the units as a resource you must look at the student expectations to be sure you have taught all the components of the TEKS. This is a list of Scientific Process TEKS to be taught each 6 weeks. Overview: This is a guideline that you MUST include in your Science Curriculum in order to cover the TEKS, which are required by law to be taught and which will be tested.
