時間管理在SAP B1之應用－以貼標機械為例 摘要 隨著資訊科技的進步，企業紛紛引進資訊系統及技術以便企業於國際上的競爭佔優勢；企業資源規劃的開發將企業漸漸帶入電子資訊的世界，使企業更易於整合內部資訊，因而縮減了人力成本及時間的耗費，進而規劃更好的時間管理。此次研究的個案公司屬於機械工業，位於台中工業區包含許多中小企業，其中又以製造業居多，SAP B1是專門為中小企業設計的ERP資訊系統，以解決中小型業務當前及未來業務需求。SAP B1簡單操作而主要在於整合企業流程管理、強化企業的控管能力，透過與廠商的會晤，他們對於SAP B1的期望能做到時間上的控管。我們設計數個個案可能常發生關於時間管理的情境，然後透過SAP B1的線上警訊功能達到人力以及公文來回所耗費的時間，進而達到高效能的時間管理。 關鍵字：企業資源規劃（ERP）、SAP B1、時間管理 Abstract Along with the progress of information technology, enterprises gradually adopted information systems and techniques to gain competitive advantage in the international market. The development of enterprise resource planning (ERP) brings enterprises into e-world so that it’s much easier for them to integrate internal information. Therefore, it greatly reduces both the cost of human resources and waste of time and that leads to better time management. In this case study, the case company located in Taichung Industrial Park belongs to the machine industry. In this park, it includes many medium to small scale enterprises and manufacturing enterprises are mainstream. SAP B-one is an ERP information system designed for medium to small scale enterprises to resolve their current and future requirement. To operate SAP B1 is easy and it focuses on integrating enterprises’ process management and enforcing their management capability. Based on interview with the company, they expect SAP B1 can include the function of time management/ control. We design three scenarios about time management which may often take place in this company. Through online alert functions of SAP B1, these scenarios are well handled to greatly reduce the cost of labor hours and time. It thus results in high efficiency of time management.
