云南农村小学音乐教育现状分析及对策 ---以普洱市为例 摘 要：现代社会，经济飞速发展，复合型人才是社会发展过程中急需的人才,在学校领域中进行音乐教育，有助于陶冶学生精神情操、丰富其内心世界、提高其审美修养、开拓其视野、培养其创新意识，从而为国家培养全面发展的人才，具有极为重要的作用。然而，在我国，由于文化的发展，以及经济条件在各地区的差异，导致教育资源在发达与不发达地区之间、城乡之间的分配很不平衡，尤其是偏远地区忽略对学生进行音乐教育，也漠视了音乐教育在学生的素质教育中所占据的重要地位。本文通过分析对云南省普洱市偏远农村小学音乐教育的现状，阐述了其教育经费及师资力量均严重缺乏的现状，,针对音乐教育在学生性格形成及知识积累过程中所具有的重要性认识不足等问题、提出了一些改进对策。 关键词：分布失衡；音乐教育；改进对策 Abstract: In modern society, the rapid development of economy, talents are in urgent need of social development in the process of talent, music education in schools in the field, helps to cultivate students spirit of the sentiment, enrich their inner world, to improve their aesthetic accomplishment, expand their horizons, develop their sense of innovation, so as to cultivate all-round development of talents for the country, with extremely important role. However, in our country, because of cultural differences and development, economic conditions in various regions, resulting in distribution between urban and rural educational resources in developed and underdeveloped areas, is very uneven, especially in remote areas to ignore the education of music to the students, current situation, elaborated the education funds and teachers are seriously lacking, for music education in students personality formation and knowledge to understand the importance of accumulation in the process of problem, put forward some improvement countermeasures.
