At present, Chinas employment discrimination has become more apparent and widespread concern by the community, our existing legal requirements for employment discrimination is not perfect, the lack of operability, it is necessary to develop specific anti-employment discrimination laws to be perfect.  This article focuses on the concepts of employment discrimination and content, discrimination in employment around the social problems caused by doing the appropriate analysis. Chinas recent anti-employment discrimination is not perfect, theoretical research is not sufficient, the paper defines the concept of discrimination in employment on the basis of employment discrimination in Chinas current shortcomings of the legal system, made a personal employment discrimination on the sound legal system recommendations.  This paper studies the use of standardized methods of case studies.
