食品工厂设计 创 业 策 划 书 项 目 名 称： 葡 萄 果 汁 工 厂 设 计 负 责 人： 李晓雅 所 在 班 级： 食品科学与工程 指 导 老 师： 李明 摘 要 本说明书进行了年产量60万吨的葡萄汁饮料包装车间的设计。制定产品方案，设计工艺，进行车间平面设计，对葡萄汁饮料灌装包装过程中物料平衡、热量平衡进行计算，设备选型，水电汽平衡，劳动力平衡，设定企业管理组织架构，实施环境保护规划，对投资成本、利润、盈亏平衡点等进行估算。 本工厂选址于吉林省吉林市经济技术开发区。是我国的生产大省，这为该厂提供了充足的原料，避免了长途运输原材料本厂设施的卫生按GB 12695-90《饮料厂卫生规范》的要求来完成 The manual for the annual production of 600,000 tons of grape juice beverage packaging plant design.
