基于教师专业发展的教师合作文化研究 ——以鞍山市铁东区山南小学为例 作者：孙宇 中 文 摘 要 20世纪80年代以来,随着国际上对教师专业发展研究的日益深入,与之相关的教师文化研究也受到世界各国教育家的关注,成为教育研究的热点问题。近年来，纵观学者们的研究成果，不难发现，他们大多致力于对教师合作定义的阐释、争论以及对合作之于教师专业发展价值的精心论证。尽管这些研究都是十分必要的，但缺乏对促进教师合作文化策略的深入研究，难免使这种良好的教师专业发展途径多少带有一些理想成分。这其实就向我们提出了一个非常关键的问题：如何建构教师合作文化是我们应当思考的。 本研究主要采用文献法、问卷调查法和个案研究法，对学校教师合作文化的现状进行调查研究,并通过对合作型教师文化的现状梳理和原因分析,说明教师合作文化作为一种新的教师专业发展途径，对其进行研究是非常必要的，并提出切合学校实际教师合作文化的建构策略。 教师合作文化的构建有着深刻的意义,有着广泛的现实需要。教师唯有通过交流学习，才能迅速掌握不断涌现的新理论、新知识；同时课程的综合化也要求教师进行合作；教师间的交流合作也会使教师获得很多收益。笔者从这一角度考虑，认识到构建教师合作文化这一课题具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。故希望通过对“基于教师专业发展的教师合作文化研究”， 确立合作的专业发展观。 关键词：教师专业发展，教师合作文化，建构，策略 Professional development of teachers based on cooperation Cultural Studies —ShanNan Primary School of Anshan City Tiedong as an example Abstract Since the 80s of the 20th century, with the international research on the professional development of teachers growing depth , associated teacher culture studies have been concerned by educators around the world and have becomed a hot issue of educational research. In recent years, making a comprehensive view on research scholars, it is not difficult to find that most of them are focused to the interpretation of the definition of teacher cooperation, cooperation in dispute and the value of professional development of teachers well-argued. Although these studies are very necessary, but the lack of the further search on cooperation in culture strategy makes it inevitable to have ideal elements in the way on the development of professional teacher . In fact , this put forward to us a very important question which is worth thinking: How to construct the cooperation culture of teacher ?
