农村高中学生自信心的培养研究---以广西桂平市罗秀镇罗秀中学为例中文摘要农村高中学生作为高中生中的部分，既具备许多高中生所有的共同心理特征，又具有其自身独特的心理特征。他们中的大多数人在初中里是老师批评的对象，很多人没有受到过老师的表扬；农村高中学生大多数经历了中考的失败，在接收过多的负面信息和失败经验的过程中，农村高中学生的自信在一点点的降低。本研究在文献综述的基础上，尝试通过心理健康教育辅导与个别心理咨询辅导相结合的方式来提高农村高中学生的自信心，首先对农村高中学生自信心现状进行分析，然后根据自信心训练理论设计干预方案，通过八个单元的课程训练，逐步训练和巩固学生的自信心，最后运用合理自信心疗法对个案进行心理咨询辅导，提高学生的自信心。 本研究将采用毕重增和黄希庭编制的青年学生自信问卷，对农村高中学生自信心进行量化研究，通过对前期问卷的分析，选择两个班名学生作为研究对象，并把他们分为实验班和对照班，对实验班进行自信心健康教育；对照班不做任何训练。干预结束后对实验班和对照班的前测、后测、追踪调查成绩进行统计分析，最后运用合理自信心疗法进行个案心理咨询辅导用。关键词：农村高中学生；自信心培养；调查研究；对策建议Research on the cultivation of students self confidence in the rural senior high schoolIn Guangxi Guiping City Luo Xiu Zhen Luo Xiu middle school as an exampleAbstractRural high school students as part of the high school students, not only have a lot of high school students all the common psychological characteristics, but also has its own unique psychological characteristics.
