In this unit, students learn about electricity generation and explore ways in which the use of renewable energy can provide solutions to global warming and climate change. Small groups prepare submissions to a class forum about energy options for power generation in Australia. They use a rubric to evaluate the evidence and attempt to come to a consensus.
