半固态成型技术在铝合金中的应用有色金属研究总院 jiezhang_china@163.com 摘 要 金属材料的半固态成形是一种能够获得致密组织及高性能零部件的成形技术，被认为是一项绿色成形新技术。近年来在铝合金半固态坯料制备方面的研究进展以及在半固态触变成形技术工业应用方面的研究开发工作， 如复合电磁搅拌制备半固态浆料、多流电磁搅拌半固态连铸技术、铝合金半固态触变压铸成形、铝合金半固态触变模锻成形等， 并就其可能的应用领域及发展状况如难铸造合金的铸造成形、变形合金的直接铸造成形、活塞合金的加工成形、变形铝合金的塑性加工进行了改进。半固态成形技术得到了大家的重视，高能超声波制备铝合金半固态浆料?半固态浆料流变压铸成形的试验研究。研究表明，超声制浆及半固态压铸成形工艺适合于铝合金零件的成形制造。含20%Si的高硅铝合金Al－20Si－2Cu－1Ni经过半固态压铸成形，T6热处理后抗拉强度可达到310Mpa，比传统液态压铸提高34%。 关键词 高强铝合金 半固态成形组织性能 Application of semi-solid forming technology in aluminum alloy Jie Zhang1) ( General Research Institute for Nonferrous Metals, Beijing 100003, China (Corresponding author, E-mail: E-mail: jiezhang_china@163.com ABSTRACT Semi-solid forming of metal materials is a forming technology, which can obtain compact structure and high performance parts. In recent years, in the aluminum alloy semi solid billets of preparation research progress and in semi-solid thixo forming technology for industrial application of research and development work, such as composite electromagnetic stirring of preparing semi solid slurry, multi streaming electromagnetic stirring semi-solid casting, aluminum alloy semi-solid thixo diecasting forming, aluminum alloy semi-solid thixo forging etc., and the possible application areas and development of as cast alloy casting forming, deformation alloy direct casting forming, piston alloy forming process, deformation of aluminum alloy plastic processing is improved. Semi solid forming technology has been everyones attention, high-energy ultrasonic system by experimental study of aluminum alloy semi solid slurry, semi-solid rheological die-casting forming. The research shows that the ultrasonic pulping and semi -solid die casting process is suitable for the forming of aluminum alloy parts. 20% Si of aluminium alloy Al20Si-2Cu-1Ni is a semi-solid die casting, the tensile strength of T6 can reach 310Mpa, which is higher than that of traditional liquid die casting.
