成都市锦江大学学生公寓设计专业：土木工程 学生：郑奎 指导老师：傅昶彬【摘要】本毕业设计是综合运用大学四年所学的专业知识完成学生公寓设计，设计内容包括建筑设计和结构设计。通过本次毕业设计，了解钢筋混凝土框架结构的适用范围，熟练掌握了框架结构建筑的主体构造形态、设计程序、设计方法以及建筑施工技术、施工组织管理等，并且熟悉相关国家标准及规范。独立的完成本次毕业设计是为了提高专业水平，为今后的实际工作打下坚实的基础。本设计的设计原则是安全、经济、适用、使用方便。根据建筑的结构形式、使用功能和建筑环境，进行空间功能布局，建筑立面采用对称设计，能够使人感受到学校建筑的大气和严谨。本设计结构采用框架结构，其特点是结构整体性好、空间分隔灵活、自重轻、节省材料，能够最大程度上满足建筑外观以及建筑功能的设计要求。整个设计项目均应严格遵循最新的国家标准及规范，对设计进行综合、全面、科学地考虑。【关键词】 学生公寓 框架结构 建筑设计 结构设计Design of?Student apartment of Jinjiang university in?ChengduMajor：Civil Engineering Student：Zhengkui Instructor：FuChangbin【Abstract】The graduation project is the integrated use of specialized knowledge to complete the four-year university student apartment design, including architectural design and structural design.
