LEEP刀联合保妇康凝胶治疗宫颈疾病疗效观察 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.20.43 　　摘 要 目的：探讨LEEP刀联合保妇康凝胶治疗宫颈疾病的临床疗效。方法：2013年2月-2014年3月收治宫颈疾病患者78例，随机分成观察组和对照组各39例，对照组采用LEEP刀治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上于晚上清洗外阴部，将保妇康凝胶4 g挤入阴道深部，每晚1次。结果：观察组术后出血量（30.2±3.3）ml，阴道流液时间（12.3±3.3）天，创面愈合时间（5.1±2.1）天，对照组术后出血量（55.6±7.8）ml，阴道流液时间（16.8±3.7）天，创面愈合时间（7.2±2.7）天，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组治愈36例，好转3例，总有效率100.0%；对照组治愈28例，好转5例，无效6例，总有效率84.6%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：LEEP刀联合保妇康凝胶治疗宫颈疾病的临床疗效显著。 　　关键词 宫颈病变 LEEP刀 保妇康凝胶 　　Curative effect observation of LEEP knife combined with Bao Fu Kang gel in the treatment of uterine cervical disease 　　Zhang Yanli 　　Obstetrics and Gynecology Department，the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Yanshan County，Wenshan State，Yunnan 663100 　　Abstract Objective：To explore the curative effect of LEEP knife combined with Bao Fu Kang gel in the treatment of uterine cervical disease.Methods：78 cases with uterine cervical disease were selected from February 2013 to March 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 39 cases in each.The control group were treated with LEEP knife.The observation group were treated with the vulva cleaning in the evening on the basis of the control group，1 Bao Fu Kang gel（4 g） was placed in the vagina，1 branch at every night.Results：In the observation group，postoperative bleeding was （30.2±3.3） ml.Time of vaginal fluid was （12.3±3.3）days.The wound healing time was （5.1±2.1）days.In the control group，postoperative bleeding was （55.6±7.8） ml.Time of vaginal fluid was （16.8±3.7）days.The wound healing time was （7.2±2.7）days.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.In the observation group，36 cases were cured，3 cases were improved，and the total effective rate was 100%.In the control group，28 cases were cured，5 cases were improved，6 cases were ineffective，and the total efficiency was 84.6%.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of LEEP knife combined with Bao Fu Kang gel
