中西医结合治疗小儿早期糖尿病的疗效观察   【摘要】 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗小儿早期糖尿病的疗效。方法:选取2011年1月-2013年1月本院收治的早期糖尿病患儿100例,按数字随机法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组患者各50例。对照组使用诺和灵进行治疗,每2 g尿糖使用1 U胰岛素。观察组患者在对照组基础上采用中药治疗,比较两组治疗前后的血糖水平,疗效以及患者症状缓解情况。结果:治疗后两组血糖水平均下降,观察组血糖水平低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组总有效率和显著率均高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者各症状均得到缓解,观察组多食、口干、乏力等症状的患者比例低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗小儿早期糖尿病可有效控制患者的血糖水平,缓解患者的症状,治疗效果显著,是小儿早期糖尿病的有效治疗方案,值得临床推广使用。   【关键词】 中西医结合疗法; 小儿; 早期; 糖尿病   【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in children with early diabetes. Method: From 2011 January to 2013 January in our hospital during the period of early diabetic 100 patients, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Novolin 1 U, every 2 G glucose insulin. The observation group patients based on the traditional Chinese medicine treatment, to compared two groups before and after treatment of blood glucose level, clinical effect and patient symptoms. Result: After treatment, two groups of blood glucose decreased the blood glucose level, the observation group was lower than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the two groups of patients’ symptoms were alleviated, more food, dry mouth, fatigue the symptoms of the observation group was lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.01). Conclusion: Treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively control blood glucose levels in children with early diabetic, alleviate symptoms, obvious treatment effect, is an effective treatment for children with diabetes early, is worthy of clinical use.   【Key words】 Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy; Children; Ea
