单味中药黄芪联合洛伐他汀治疗冠心病的临床效果 　　摘 要：目的： 研究单味中药黄芪联合洛伐他汀治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法： 选取我院2011年2月至2014年2月100例冠心病患者为研究对象，以抽签法随机分为观察组与对照组，两组均为50例，同时接受洛伐他汀治疗，观察组在此基础上增加单味中药黄芪治疗，对比两组患者疗效以及治疗前后心功能指标变化情况。结果： 观察组治疗总有效率为96.0%，显著高于对照组的78.0%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），治疗后两组指标评分均得到显著改善（P0.05），观察组分别为（50.65±7.68）mm、（56.77±10.46）%、（214.54±31.26）m显著高于对照组的（44.72±6.54）mm、（47.59±9.41）%、（149.11±24.68）m，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 ：单味中药黄芪联合洛伐他汀治疗冠心病疗效可靠，能够显著改善患者心功能，具有较高的临床推广价值。 　　关键词：黄芪；洛伐他丁；冠心病；效果 　　Abstract： objective to study the single taste traditional Chinese medicine astragalus membranaceus combined lovastatin clinical curative effect for the treatment of coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods select our hospital in February 2011 to February 2014， 100 cases of coronary heart disease patients as the research object， with the draw method were randomly divided into observation group and control group， two groups are 50 cases， lovastatin therapy at the same time， the observation group based on the increase of single Chinese medicine astragalus treatment， compared two groups of patients with curative effect and changes in cardiac function indexes before and after treatment. Results observation group treatment the total effective rate was 96.0%， significantly higher than that of control group 78.0%， the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）， two groups of index scores were improved significantly after treatment （P 0.05）， the observation group （50.65 + 50.65） mm， respectively （56.77 + 10.46） %， （214.54-31.26） m is significantly higher than the control group （44.72 + 6.54） mm， （47.59 + 9.41） %， （149.11-24.68） m， the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion single taste traditional Chinese medicine astragalus with lovastatin therapy of coronary heart disease curative effect is reliable， can significantly improve cardiac function， patients with high clinical value. 　　Key words： astragalus root； Los simvastatin ding； Coronary heart disease （CHD）.
