复方萘普生栓联合盐酸利多卡因在人工流产手术中的应用 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.16.45 　　摘 要 目的：探讨复方萘普生栓联合盐酸利多卡因在人工流产手术中的应用。方法：2013年6月-12月收治人工流产手术患者160例，分为观察组与对照组，每组80例。观察组给予复方萘普生栓联合盐酸利多卡因治疗，对照组单纯给予盐酸利多卡因治疗。结果：观察组中有58例宫颈可直接进入6号扩宫棒，吸宫时患者无痛或轻痛，无一例人工流产综合征发生。对照组中有45例宫颈可直接进入6号扩宫棒，有5例发生轻度人工流产综合征，1例中度人工流产综合征。结论：在人工流产手术中，复方萘普生栓联合盐酸利多卡使宫颈口更易扩张，明显减轻患者术中疼痛，缩短手术时间，提高了患者对手术的耐受力，减少了人工流产综合征的发生，适宜在基层医院及经济不发达地区推广。 　　关键词 复方萘普生栓 利多卡因 人工流产 　　Application of compound naproxen suppositories combined with lidocaine hydrochloride in artificial abortion operation 　　Zhang Yuling1，Sun Yang2 　　The Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Shawan County，Xinjiang 8321001 　　The Planning guidance Station of Tacheng City，Xinjiang 8347002 　　Abstract Objective：To explore the application of compound naproxen suppositories combined with lidocaine hydrochloride in artificial abortion operation.Methods：160 cases with artificial abortion operation were selected from June to December 2013.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 80 cases in each.The observation group were given compound naproxen suppositories combined with lidocaine hydrochloride treatment.The control group were given lidocaine hydrochloride treatment.Results：In the observation group，58 cases of cervical can be directly entered by the 6 mark expanding uterus stick.Patients had painless or mild pain when painless or mild pain.No case of artificial abortion syndrome had occurred.In the control group，45 cases of cervical can be directly entered by the 6 mark expanding uterus stick.5 cases occurred mild artificial abortion syndrome.1 case occurred moderate artificial abortion syndrome.Conclusion：In the artificial abortion operation，compound naproxen suppositories combined with lidocaine hydrochloride can make the cervical mouth more easy expansion，significantly reduce the pain of patients，shorten the operation time，improve tolerance of operation，and reduce the artificial abortion syndrome.It is suitable for promotion in the
