国产硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎的临床观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨国产硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎的临床效果。 方法 选择2013年5月～2014年3月本院治疗的156例于阴道炎患者进行研究，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各78例。观察组采用国产硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗，6 d为1个疗程。对照组用达克宁栓治疗，7 d为1个疗程。比较两组的总有效率及复发率。 结果 观察组疗效总有效率为97.44%，复发率为3.85%，对照组为88.46%、15.38%，观察组总有效率高于对照组，复发率低于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 用国产硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎的效果显著，能显著提高临床治疗总有效率，降低疾病复发率，安全性高，值得临床推广使用。 　　[关键词] 阴道炎；硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊；达克宁栓 　　[中图分类号] R711.31[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）06（b）-0073-03 　　 　　Clinical observation of domestic Nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsules in the treatment of vaginitis 　　LUO Qiong ZHANG Min-jun ZHU Ping ZENG Chun-jie 　　Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,the Second Hospital of Sanming City in Fujian Province,Sanming 366000,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of domestic Nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsules in the treatment of vaginitis. Conclusion Domestic nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsules in the treatment of vaginitis has significant effect,can significantly improve the total efficiency of clinical treatment,reduce the recurrence rate,it is safe,and can be clinical used. 　　[Key words] Va
