护理干预对前列腺汽化电切术患者心理的影响 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.16.90 　　摘 要 目的：探讨护理干预对前列腺汽化电切术患者心理状况的影响。方法：2012年1月-2013年10月收治行前列腺汽化电切术的良性前列腺增生患者114例，随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组进行常规护理，试验组利用护理程序对入院患者进行护理评估，找出现存的和潜在的护理问题，针对个体制定出相应的整体护理干预措施，并正确实施。采用焦虑自评量表SAS评估护理干预对患者心理健康状况的影响。结果：护理干预前两组焦虑水平相比差异无统计学意义（P0.05），护理干预后两组焦虑水平均较护理干预前差异有统计学意义（P0.05），试验组和对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：正确运用护理程序实施有效的护理干预，能提高前列腺汽化电切术患者应对压力的能力，提高患者对疾病的认知能力，明显减轻患者的焦虑情绪，使患者以最佳的心态接受治疗，提高治疗效果。 　　关键词 前列腺增生症 前列腺汽化电切术 护理干预 　　The psychological impact of nursing intervention on the patients with prostate electrovaporization 　　Li Yumei 　　The Peoples Hospital of Xihua County，Henan 466600 　　Abstract Objective：To investigate the psychological impact of nursing intervention on the patients with prostate electrovaporization.Methods：114 cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia were underwent prostate electrovaporization from January 2012 to October 2013.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group were given conventional care，and the experimental group used nursing procedure to evaluate patients at admission，to find out the existing and potential nursing problems，so we can develop the corresponding nursing intervention measures according to the individual，and to correct implementation.Using the self rating anxiety scale SAS to evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on psychological health status of patients.Results：Before nursing intervention，the anxiety level had no significant difference between the experimental group and the the control group（P0.05）.After nursing intervention，the anxiety level in two groups both had obvious difference when compared with nursing intervention before（P0.05）.The differences was statistically significant between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Using the nursing procedures correctly to implementate effective nursing intervention can improve the ability of patients with prostate electrovaporization to cope with the pressure，and improve patient cog
