学 位 论 文 某城市污水处理厂工艺设计 作 者 姓 名： 周美娜 专 业 ： 环境工程 学 号 ： 042106226 指 导 教 师： 耿振香 完 成 日 期： 2008年6月 中北大学分校 摘 要 城市污水主要为生活污水和工业废水的混合污水。目前城市污水的排放已造成了对水环境生态系统的严重污染，做好城市污水的处理及再生利用是主要任务之一，解决城市污水对水环境污染的重要途径之一就是修建污水处理厂。 本设计对传统活性污泥法、SBR法、AB法、氧化沟法工艺进行了比较，最终确定选用处理效果好、运行管理方便、投资省的三沟式氧化沟工艺。该工艺中污水经过粗格栅、细格栅、曝气沉砂池的一级处理，进入三沟氧化沟进行二级处理后，便可直接排入水体，省去了二沉池的设计，但考虑到扩建的可能，本设计设计了二沉池作为改进方案。而排出的污泥经过了生化处理较稳定，不需消化浓缩后直接脱水外运，节省了投资。经过该工艺处理的出水可以达到GB18918-2002中的一级B标准， CODcr去除率为85%，BOD去除率为88.9%，SS去除率为92.16%，NH3－N去除率为75%。通过对各构筑物的设计计算及附属构（建）筑物的设计选型，完成了主要构筑物曝气沉砂池、三沟氧化沟、二沉池、加氯间的出图及整个工厂的平面、高程布置，进而完成了污水厂的设计。 关键词：城市污水；三沟式氧化沟；脱氮除磷；污泥处理  Some factory technological design of the city wastewater treatment Abstract City sewage is mainly hybrid sewage of the living sewage and industrial waste water.The emissions of city sewage has already resulted in to the serious pollution of water environmental ecology system currently， processing and reborn exploitation which work well city sewage are one of the main missionses， and one of the important paths which solves city sewage to the water pollution of the environment is to build wastewater treatment factory.This design is to the tradition activated sewage sludge method， SBR method， AB method， oxidized a ditch method a craft to carry on a comparison， end assurance choose an use reason effective， circulate management convenience， investment province of three ditch types oxidize a ditch craft.Sewage through thick space grid， thin space grid， Pu spirit sinks the sand a class of the pond processing in that craft and get into three ditches to oxidize ditch to carry on second class processing after， then can directly line up into water body， the province went to two sink the design of pond， but in consideration of extension of possibility， this design designed two sink pond as to improve a project.But the eject through bio-chemical the pr
