毕 业 设 计（论 文） 题目 大学生方程式赛车设计（整体车架、标准 安全系统、座椅及附件设计） 2013年 5月 30日 方程式赛车整体车架设计 摘 要 本文依据大学生方程式汽车大赛FSAE赛事技术规则对大学生方程式赛车整体车架、标准安全系统、座椅及附件进行了设计及制作。车架设计当中不仅需要考虑赛车车架结构合理性以及强度和刚度能否满足要求，同时必须考虑赛车发动机、驾驶员的布置以及赛车各个总成的布置 在车架设计之初，大赛的有关规定和评分标准，后续车架设计规范要求；为了车架结构设计合理，参考了湖南大学、天津大学以及部分国外的车架。进入设计阶段，车架的结构形式，选择桁架式车架,选择车架的材料。依据技术规范、赛车的整体布置、发动机以及确定车架的尺寸，建立再优化使各能合理的布置在车架上，直至车架结构满足各个方面的要求。。 关键词：FSAE，车架，技术规范，，发动机 FORMUL SAE—A SPACE FRAME DESIGN ABSTRACT This paper introduces the designing of the FSAE frame, standard secure system, chair and some attachments. This paper is according to the FSAE racing competition technical specifications. When designing the car frame, I not only consider the structure is reasonable or not, but also consider the strength and stiffness are satisfied the requirements or not. At the same time, I must consider car engine, the layout, the racing car driver and arrangement of each assembly. And when I design, I also must consider how to create the frame and some other attachments. At the beginning of design frame, I contesting the relevant provisions and criterion for the frame design provide a standard requirement. In order to make the frame structure designing more reasonable, I referred to the Hunan university, Tianjin university and some foreign universities’ frame. In the stage of designing, after contrasting the frame structure form, I chose be space frame, then select materials for the frame is 4130. After determined the installation position of suspension, according to specification, the overall layout, the car engine and human body model frame size, I make the frame model in UG. Then, I making the whole structure frame optimization for each system can arrangement in the frame reasonable, until the frame structure satisfies all aspects of the request. After those frame structure basic designed, I start to make stress analysis, optimize and comparative analysis. Then I design and introduce the standard
