It requires students to grasp fundamental theories of computer and communication engineering, to grasp layout method and design method of computer network and communication network, to grasp advanced software exploiting technology and scientific software management method. Students will have the ability of organizing and managing the exploitation of network communicating software, comprehending the new technology and new equipment in modern communication technology, and can analyze and solve the relatively complicated technological problem.
