摘 要 癌患者生存率间存在负相关关系。VEGF表达对生存期的影响没有统计学意义。提示异常 STAT3的表达和活化是判断胃癌患者预后的有力指标， STAT3可作为一个独立的预测指 标。 5、胃癌组织中异常 STAT3 表达可引起 VEGF 的过度表达，VEGF 的蛋白表达水平与 STAT3 的表达水平相一致。提示 STAT3 在众多致肿瘤浸润生长和转移的因素中起着重要 的核心作用，通过调控 STAT3 的表达，可以影响胃癌生物学的许多方面，包括 VEGF 的 过表达。 结论：STAT3 是调控肿瘤生物学多种基因的关键性转录因子，包括肿瘤细胞的存活、 生长、浸润和血管的生成等。本研究发现 STAT3 的表达直接影响了 VEGF 的过表达，异 常STAT3的表达和活化可能是判断患者预后的更有力的预测指标。联合检测胃癌组织中 STAT3与VEGF表达对胃癌患者的侵袭转移能力、预后评估及指导合理的综合治疗等提供 了理论依据。 关键词 胃癌 转录信号传导子与激活子3（STAT3） 血管内皮细胞生成因子（VEGF） 侵袭 转移 免疫组织化学 II Abstract Abstract Objective: This study we detect the expressions of STAT3 and VEGF in gastric carcinoma tissues and normal gastric mucosa by immunohis to chemical technique ,analyze the relationship between the expressions and the ability of invasion and metastasis of tumor cells,the relationship between the expressions and the biological behavior of gastric carcinoma and the relationship between the expressions and the prognosis.So we can provide the theoretical foundation for prognosticating the invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma、evaluating the prognosis and guiding the reasonable comprehensive treatment. Method: In this study, we select 76 samples of gastric carcinoma , who had taken the radical operation and proved by pathology in the tumor department of surgery of the hospital affiliated HeBei University from June 2003 to Dec 2008. None of them underwent preoperative chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy.35 samples of normal gastric mucosa tissue served as contrast. All gastric carcinoma clinical records registered according to gastric carcinoma treatment criterion. The last follow up date wasJune.
