双唑泰棉栓联合中药冲洗、定君生治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床分析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨双唑泰棉栓联合中药冲洗、定君生治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床效果。方法 选取2015年1月～2016年1月在我院进行诊疗的98例霉菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，各49例。对照组采用双唑泰棉栓进行治疗，实验组采用双唑泰棉栓联合中药冲洗及定君生（每天在阴道后穹隆处放置1粒）进行治疗，比较两组的治疗结果。结果 实验组的中医症候评分为（16.7±6.2）分，显著低于对照组的（25.8±5.2）分，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。实验组的治疗总有效率为97.9%，显著高于对照组的85.7%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。实验组的复发率为4.1%，显著低于对照组的18.4%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 采用双唑泰棉栓联合中药冲洗、定君生治疗霉菌性阴道炎具有更好的治疗效果，复发率低。 　　[关键词]双唑泰棉栓；中药冲洗；定君生；霉菌性阴道炎；中医证候 　　[中图分类号] R711.31 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）10（c）-0088-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of Double Azole Tai Cotton Plugs combined with traditional Chinese medicine washing and Dingjunsheng in the treatment of colpitis mycotica.Methods 98 patients with colpitis mycotica in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group，49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Double Azole Tai Cotton Plugs，while the experimental group was treated with Double Azole Tai Cotton Plugs combined with traditional Chinese medicine washing and Dingjunsheng （with 1 granule in the posterior fornix of vagina one day）.The treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results The Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the experimental group was （16.7±6.2） points，which was lower than （25.8±5.2） points of the control group，with significant difference （P0.01）.The treatment total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.9%，which was higher than 85.7% of the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 4.1%，which was lower than 18.4% of the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.Conclusion The application of Double Azole Tai Cotton Plugs combined with traditional Chinese medicine washing and Dingjunsheng in the treatment of colpitis mycotica has better treatment effect，with a low recurrence rate. 　　[Key words]Double Azole Tai Cotton Plugs；Traditional Chinese me
