宫腔填纱在前置胎盘剖宫产手术中的止血效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析探究前置胎盘剖宫产手术中宫腔填纱的止血效果。方法：选择2014年12月-2015年12月在笔者所在医院进行治疗的40例前置胎盘产妇，随机分为试验组和对照组。两组产妇均采用剖宫产的方式进行生产，其中试验组产妇应用纱条填塞宫腔的方式进行止血，对照组20例产妇则采用血垫方案进行止血。随后对两组产妇的止血情况进行记录和分析。结果：试验组术中输血率为15%，低于对照组的40%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。试验组术后出血量少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：宫腔填纱对前置胎盘剖宫产产妇具有显著的止血效果，并且在术后伤口愈合时同常规的止血方法并无较大差异，是一种安全有效的止血方式，值得在临床应用中大力推广。 　　【关键词】 前置胎盘； 剖宫产； 宫腔填纱； 止血效果 　　中图分类号 R719.8 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）24-0014-03 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze and and probe the hemostatic effect of intrauterine packing gauze in caesarean section of placenta previa.Method：40 puerperas with placenta previa in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected，they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Puerperas in both groups all adopted the way of cesarean delivery for production.Puerperas in the experimental group were given article gauze tamponade hemostasis，the control group was given blood mat to stop the bleeding.Then the maternal bleeding of the two groups were recorded and analyzed.Result：The intraoperative blood transfusion rate of the experimental group was 15%，lower than 40% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The postoperative blood loss of the experimental group was less than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Intrauterine packing gauze has significant hemostatic effect in patients with placenta previa cesarean section，it has no significant difference in the wound healing after surgery with conventional methods，it is a safe and effective hemostatic way，which deserves to be promoted in clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Placenta previa； Caesarean section； Intrauterine packing gauze； Hemostatic effect 　　First-author’s address：The People’s Hospital of Pubei County，Pubei 535300，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2016.24.007 　　前置胎盘是一种常见的和胎盘异常相关的并发症，其主要是指孕妇在怀孕较长时间后，胎盘下缘明显延伸并覆盖宫颈内口的一种严重的妊娠晚期的并发症[1]。该病多发于经产妇和多产妇之中，情况严重者会危及孕妇及胎儿
