激光联合紫外线对神经性皮炎的疗效分析 　　【摘要】 目的：对激光联合紫外线治疗神经性皮炎的疗效进行分析。方法：选取2015年1月-2016年 　　1月在本院进行治疗神经性皮炎患者200例，按照随机数表法将所有患者均分为两组，每组各100例。观察组采用激光联合紫外线进行治疗，对照组单纯采用激光进行治疗，经过一段时间的治疗后，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：经过一段时间的治疗，观察组64例患者痊愈，23例显效，11例有效，2例无效，总有效率为98.00%；对照组41例痊愈，9例显效，31例有效，19例无效，总有效率为81.00%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；两组患者在治疗后的不同时期治愈与复发情况比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：激光联合紫外线对治疗神经性皮炎有良好的效果，可有效治疗并缓解皮肤症状，对疾病的治疗具有极其重要的意义与价值，值得在临床上进行推广应用。 　　【关键词】 激光； 紫外线； 联合； 神经性皮炎 　　The Effect of Laser Combined Ultraviolet on Neurodermatitis/LIANG Rui，ZHANG Rong，SHI Jia-yan.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（22）：124-126 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyse curative effect of laser combined ultraviolet treatment of neurodermatitis.Method：200 patients with neurodermatitis in our hospital were selected from January 2015 to January 2016，according to the stochastic indicator method， all the patients were divided into two groups，100 cases in each group.The treatment group was given laser combined ultraviolet treatment，the control group was given simple with laser treatment.After a period of treatment， the therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.Result：After a period of treatment，the observation group of 64 patients were cured，23 cases were pay off，11 cases were effective，2 cases were ineffective， the total effective rate was 98.00%； control group 41 cases were recovered， 9 cases of pay off， 31 cases were effective，19 cases were ineffective，the total effective rate was 81.00%，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The cure and recurrence of different periods of two groups compared，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The combined ultraviolet laser in treating neurodermatitis with good effect，can effective treatment and relieve skin symptoms，treatment of disease has extremely important meaning and value，it is worth to be widely applied in clinical. 　　【Key words】 Laser； Ultraviolet； The joint； Neurodermatitis 　　First-author’s address：Shenzhen Baoan District Chronic Disease Preve
