精神康复训练对抑郁症患者康复状况的影响 　　【摘要】 目的：观察精神康复训练对抑郁症患者康复状态的影响，为临床治疗和控制抑郁症提供临床帮助。方法：按照随机数字表法将62例抑郁症患者分为观察组和对照组，每组31例，进行12周的心理康复训练，训练前后分别用抑郁自评量表（SDS）和汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）进行测评，观察康复效果。结果：经评定，治疗前SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗12周后，观察组患者的SDS评分较对照组明显降低，差异有统计学意义（t=11.13，P0.05）；治疗后两组HAMD评分比较差异有统计学意义（t=12.39，P0.01）。结论：精神康复训练能够改善抑郁症患者心理状况，有效提高社会功能；提示临床上应注意对抑郁症患者进行必要的精神康复训练，以促进病情康复。 　　【关键词】 精神康复训练； 抑郁症； 疗效观察 　　中图分类号 R749.3 文献标识码B 文章编号1674-6805（2015）23-0021-02 　　Effect of Rehabilitation Training on the Mental Status of Patients with Depression/MIAO Xin-xiang.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（23）：21-22 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the effect of rehabilitation training on psychological state of patients with depression，and provide help for clinical treatment and control of clinical depression.Method： 62 patients with depression were randomly divided into the observation group（n=31） and the control group （n=31），and mental rehabilitation training for 12 weeks，before and after training respectively by using Self rating Depression Scale（SDS） and Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD） were used to evaluate the effect of rehabilitation observation.Result：the assessment before treatment，SDS score of two groups had no significant difference（P0.05）；after 12 weeks of treatment，SDS scores of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（t=11.13，P0.05）；there were significant the statistical significance of the difference between the two groups HAMD scores（t=12.39，P0.01）.Conclusion：rehabilitation training can improve the psychological status of patients with depression，improve social function；the results suggest that patients should pay attention to the mental rehabilitation training necessary for patients with depression，so as to promote the rehabilitation of the disease as soon as possible. 　　【Key words】 Mental rehabilitation training； Depression； Curative effect observation 　　First-author’s address：Qingdao Special C
