经阴道超声检查子宫内膜息肉的误诊分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨分析子宫内膜息肉的超声声像图特征及误诊原因，以提高超声对子宫内膜息肉的诊断准确率。方法：回顾性分析100例2015年1月-2016年1月笔者所在医院术前超声诊断为子宫内膜息肉的手术患者100例，对照病理结果，总结超声声像图特征，并分析其误诊的原因。结果：100例患者中，病理诊断为内膜息肉81例，超声符合率为81%；误诊19例，误诊率为19%，其中16例误诊为子宫内膜增生，2例误诊为子宫黏膜下肌瘤，1例误诊为子宫内膜癌变。误诊原因主要为：（1）超声声像图特征不典型；（2）合并有其他疾病；（3）检查时期的影响；（4）受宫内节育器的影响。结论：经阴道超声检查方便，快捷，对息肉检出率高，但仍存在误诊，应尽量排除避免误诊的一些原因，选择合适的时期，详细了解病史，仔细辨别。 　　【关键词】 超声检查； 经阴道； 子宫内膜息肉； 误诊 　　中图分类号 R445.1 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）29-0068-03 　　Analysis of Misdiagnosis by Transvaginal Ultrasonography in Diagnosis of Endometrial Polyps/HU Ming-zi，SHUI Xu-juan，YU Cai-cha.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（29）：68-70 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the sonographic features and misdiagnosis reasons of endometrial polyps，and to improve the diagnostic accuracy of the endometrial polyps.Method：From January 2015 to January 2016，100 cases of preoperative ultrasound diagnosis of endometrial polyps in our hospital were retrospective analyzed，the pathological results were compared，the sonographic features and analysis reasons of misdiagnosis were summarized.Result：In 100 patients，the pathological diagnosis of endometrial polyps in 81 cases，the accuracy rate of ultrasound was 81%.19 cases were misdiagnosed，the misdiagnosis rate was 19%，which 16 cases were misdiagnosed as endometrial hyperplasia，2 cases were misdiagnosed as submucosal myoma，1 case was misdiagnosis as endometrial carcinogenesis.The main causes of misdiagnosis were as follows：（1）the ultrasonic image characteristicl was not typical；（2）combined with other diseases；（3）the influence of the examination period；（4）the influence of the intrauterine device.Conclusion：Transvaginal ultrasound examination is convenient and rapid，and the detection rate is high，but there are still misdiagnosis，shall try to avoid some of the reasons for misdiagnosis，choose the appropriate period，a detailed understanding of the history，carefully identify. 　　【Key words】 Ultrasonography； Transvaginal； Endometrial polyps；
