老年高血压患者降压治疗中的低血压原因分析与对策研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探析老年高血压患者降压治疗中的低血压原因及对策。方法 方便选取该院2014年5月―2016年2月期间行降压治疗的240例老年高血压患者为研究对象，对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，总结患者出现低血压的原因，以此提出有效的防治对策。结果 240例患者中，60例出现低血压现象，导致患者出现低血压的因素主要有餐后（37例）、体位（10例）、合并其他疾病（7例）、假性高血压（3例）、用药不当（3例），相较于其他低血压的发生例数，餐后低血压发生例数最多，对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 在老年高血压患者降压治疗中，必须加强健康教育、血压监测，给予恰当治疗方法，以此防范低血压的发生。 　　[关键词] 老年高血压；降压治疗；低血压；原因；对策 　　[中图分类号] R544.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）08（c）-0115-02 　　Analysis of the Causes and Countermeasures of Hypotension in the Treatment of Hypertension in the Elderly 　　LIN Juan，HONG Lu-rong，CHEN Hui-yang 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the causes and Countermeasures of low blood pressure in the treatment of hypertension in the elderly. Methods Convenient selection in our hospital in May 2014 to February 2016 during antihypertensive treatment of 240 cases of elderly patients with hypertension as the object of study， the clinical data of patients were retrospective analysis， summed up the reasons for the patients with hypotension， in order to put forward effective countermeasures. Results 240 patients， 60 cases of hypotension symptoms， resulting in patients with hypotension factors are the main meal （37 cases）， position （10 cases）， with other diseases （7 cases）， pseudo hypertension （3 cases）， inappropriate medication （3 cases）， phase compared to that of the other hypotension occurred in the number of cases， postprandial hypotension cases most difference significant（P 0.05）.
