腹腔镜下腹股沟疝无张力修补术的临床护理分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析腹腔镜下腹股沟疝无张力修补术的临床护理效果。方法：随机选取本院2014年6月-2015年6月收治的腹腔镜下行无张力修补术的腹股沟患者100例，按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，每组50例。对照组接受常规对症护理干预，研究组在对照组基础上实施全程护理干预措施，比较分析两组各项手术指标变化、对护理工作的满意度以及并发症发生情况。结果：两组手术时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组术中出血量、术后下床活动时间以及住院时间均显著优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组对护理工作的满意率（98.0%）显著优于对照组（86.0%）（P0.05）；研究组切口感染、阴囊血肿及水肿、尿潴留、膀胱损伤、便秘等并发症发生率为6.0%（3/50），显著低于对照组的22.0%（11/50），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：全程护理干预能够有效提高腹腔镜下行腹股沟疝无张力修补术的临床治疗效果，有利于减少术中出血量，缩短术后下床时间及住院时间，降低术后并发症发生率，提高患者对护理工作的满意度，促进康复。 　　【关键词】 腹腔镜； 腹股沟疝； 无张力修补术； 全程护理 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical nursing effect of laparoscopic inguinal hernia tension-free repair.Method：A total of 100 cases were randomly selected in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015，they were divided into the study group and the control group，50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional symptomatic nursing intervention，the study group on the base of the control group received whole course nursing，disease suffer from changes in the indicators of operation，nursing work satisfaction and the incidence of complications of two groups were compared.Result：The operation time of two groups，there was no significant difference（P0.05）.Peri-operative bleeding，postoperative bed activity time and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The study group disease patients to nursing work satisfaction rate was 98.0%，was significantly higher than 86.0% of the control group（P0.05）.The study group patients wound infection，scrotal hematoma and edema，urinary retention，bladder injury，constipation and other complications occurred rate was 6.0%（3/50），which was significantly lower than 22.0%（11/50） of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Whole nursing intervention can effectively improve in laparoscopic inguinal hernia tension-free repair surgery clinical curative effect，help
