自体及异体输血对胃癌根治术患者炎性因子及免疫功能的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 研究自体及异体输血对胃癌根治术患者炎性因子及免疫功能的影响。 方法 整群抽选2012年6月―2014年8月在该院接受胃癌根治术的早期胃癌患者96例，随机分为自体组（n=48）和异体组（n=48），异体组术中输注异体全血，自体组输入自体血，比较术前、后两组患者自然杀伤细胞（NK细胞）、白介素-2（IL-2）及T淋巴细胞亚群（CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+）水平。 结果 术后当天两组患者NK细胞、IL-2较术前显著下降（P0.05）；异体组术后当天IL-2较自体组显著较低（P0.05）；异体组术后7 d NK细胞较自体组显著较低（P0.05）；术后当天两组T淋巴细胞亚群各指标均显著下降（P0.05）；术后7 d异体组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平较自体组显著较低（P0.05）。 结论 胃癌根治术患者输注自体血对免疫功能抑制作用小，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 自体输血；异体输血；胃癌；炎性因子；免疫功能 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）02（a）-0106-02 　　Effect of Autogeneic or Allogeneic Transfusion on Inflammatory Factor and Immunologic Function in Patients with Radical Operation for Carcinoma of Stomach 　　LUO Yun， WANG Hong-mei 　　Blood Transfusion Department， The people s Hospital of Taixing of Jiangsu Province， Taixing， Jiangsu Province，225400 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To research the effect of autogeneic or allogeneic transfusion on inflammatory factor and immunologic function in patients with radical operation for carcinoma of stomach.
