苄星青霉素治疗梅毒硬下疳的效果及血清IL―27和IL―33水平影响分析 　　【摘要】目的：分析苄星青霉素治疗梅毒硬下疳的效果及对血清IL-27和IL-33水平影响。方法：选择2013年6月至2015年4月期间在我院进行过梅毒硬下疳治疗的54例患者，并将其随机分为对照组（27例）和观察组（27例），对照组患者行常规梅毒治疗，观察组患者行正规驱梅治疗（苄星青霉素）。比较两组患者皮损愈合情况、疗效、血清IL-27和IL-33水平变化情况以及不良反应，从而探讨苄星青霉素对梅毒硬下疳的治疗效果以及对血清IL-27和IL-33水平变化的影响。结果：治疗14d后，观察组患者皮损愈合例数明显高于对照组皮损愈合例数（P0.05）；治疗后，观察组血清IL-27和IL-33浓度下降幅度均明显大于对照组（P0.05）。结论：苄星青霉素能够有效地缩短患者皮损愈合时间，提高治愈率，降低血清IL-27和IL-33水平，具有临床价值。 　　【关键词】苄星青霉素；IL-27；IL-33；梅毒硬下疳 　　Effect of benzathine penicillin treatment on syphilis chancre and impact on levels of serum IL-27 and IL-33FU Manni， XIE Cuilin△， SHI Nian. Methods： 54 syphilitic chancre patients from June 2013 to April 2015 were selected and divided into two groups. Control group （27 cases） received conventional syphilis treatment and observation group （27 cases） received normal drive treatment （penicillin G）. Lesions healing time， the cure rate， serum IL-27 and IL-33 levels changes and adverse reactions and the therapeutic effect of syphilis hard chancre of two groups were compared so as to explore the effect of benzathine penicillin treatment and its influence on levels of serum IL-27 and IL-33. Results： After 14 days of treatment， the number of lesions in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P0.05）； after treatment， levels of serum IL-27 and IL-33 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group， with statistically significant difference （P 0.05）. Conclusion： Benzathine penicillin can effectively shorten the healing time of patients with skin lesions， improve the cure rate， and reduce serum IL-27 and IL-33 levels， which is worth of clinical application. 　　【Key words】Benzathine penicillin； IL-27； IL-33； Syp
