调阴阳五脏针法治疗34例顽固性注意缺陷多动障碍患儿的疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 综合评价调阴阳五脏针法治疗顽固性注意缺陷多动障碍患儿的临床疗效。 方法 选择已口服中药无效的34例患儿采用调阴阳五脏针法结合耳穴贴压治疗为治疗组；初次就诊并未口服过中药的40例患儿采用中药结合耳穴贴压治疗为对照组。 结果 治疗组总有效率为91.18%，对照组为72.50%，治疗组疗效优于对照组（P0.05）；6个月后随访治疗组患儿复发率低于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 调阴阳五脏针法结合耳穴贴压能有效治疗顽固性注意缺陷多动障碍患儿且复发率低。 　　[关键词] 调阴阳五脏针法；中药；耳穴贴压；注意缺陷多动障碍 　　[中图分类号] R246.6 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）30-0115-04 　　The effects observation of acupuncture of regulating yin， yang and five viscera in the treatment of 34 cases of children with intractable attention deficit hyperactivity disorder 　　WANG Jingmei1 CHEN Wei2 　　1.Quality Control Department， the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University， Ganzhou 341000， China； 2.Rehabilitation Medical Department， the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University， Ganzhou 341000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture of regulating yin， yang and five viscera in the treatment of children with intractable attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Methods A total of 34 cases of children， whose oral medicine had been ineffective， were chosen as the treatment group and treated with acupuncture of regulating yin， yang and five viscera combined with auricular acupressure therapy. 40 cases of children， who had initial treatment but did not received oral medicine， were chosen as the control group and treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular acupressure therapy. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.18%， and that of the control group was 72.50%. The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group （P0.05）. The follow-up after 6 months showed that the recurrence rate of children in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group（P0.05）.
