集束化护理对支气管哮喘患者治疗依从性及雾化吸入技巧掌握的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨集束化护理对支气管哮喘患者治疗依从性及雾化吸入技巧掌握的影响。 方法 选取2014年9月～2015年4月收治的支气管哮喘患者中抽取79例作研究对象，将其按随机数字法分为观察组（n=39）和对照组（n=40），观察组采取集束化护理，对照组采取常规护理，比较两组患者治疗依从性及雾化吸入技巧的掌握程度和护理满意度。 结果 观察组治疗依从性为97.4%，其雾化吸入技巧掌握率为94.9%（37/39），护理满意度为92.31%（36/39）；对照组治疗依从性为77.5%，其雾化吸入技巧掌握率为75.0%（30/40），护理满意度为67.5%（27/40）；两组患者治疗依从性、雾化吸入技巧掌握率和护理满意度的组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 集束化护理在提升支气管哮喘患者治疗依从性方面效果明显，且可促使患者准确掌握雾化吸入技巧，同时还可提升患者对医护人员服务满意度，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 集束化护理；支气管哮喘；治疗依从性；雾化吸入技巧 　　[中图分类号] R562.2+5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）03（a）-0182-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of cluster nursing on treatment compliance and grasping of aerosol inhalation skill in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods From September 2014 to April 2015，79 bronchial asthma patients visited our hospital for treatments were selected as research objects.According to a random number table，they were divided into observation group （n=39） and control group （n=40）.In the observation group，cluster nursing was used，while in the control group，conventional nursing was applied.The treatment compliance，mastering degree of aerosol inhalation skill，and nursing satisfaction were compared in the two groups. Results In the observation group， the treatment compliance was 97.4%，the mastering rate of aerosol inhalation skill was 94.9% （37/39），and the nursing satisfaction was 92.31% （36/39）.In the control group，they were 77.5%，75.0% （30/40），and 67.5% （27/40） in turn.There were statistical difference in treatment compliance，mastering rate of aerosol inhalation，and nursing satisfaction （P0.05）. Conclusion Cluster nursing has a remarkable effect on improving treatment compliance in bronchial asthma patients，and is helpful for patients to accurately grasp the skills of aerosol inhalation as well as increases patient′s satisfaction on medical service，which is worthy of promotion in clinical application. 　　[Key words] Cluster nursing；Bronchial asthma；Treatment compliance；Aerosol inhalation skill
