item #0707009A – MEMBRANE WATERPROOFING (COLD LIQUID ELASTOMERIC) Description: Work under this item consists of furnishing and installing a seamless elastomeric waterproofing membrane system to the outside surfaces of the precast concrete arch as shown on the plans, in accordance with this specification and as directed by the Engineer. The completed membrane system shall be comprised of three separate layers at a minimum total thickness of 0.120 inch (120 mil) resulting from two equal spray applications over a primer.
