2015年米易县法定传染病疫情分析 　　摘要：目的 了解米易县法定传染病的发病规律，为传染病防治对策提供科学依据。方法 利用描述性流行病学对米易县2015年传染病疫情信息报告管理系统报告的法定传染病疫情资料进行分析。结果 2015年米易县共报告乙、丙类传染病11种448例，报告发病率为199.97/10万；传染病发病率与2014年相比下降1.75%。死亡4例（艾滋病），报告死亡率1.79/10万。传染病发病率居前6位的病种依次为手足口病、菌痢、肺结核、其它感染性腹泻病、艾滋病、病毒性肝炎。结论 2015年米易县法定传染病以肠道传染病为主，下一步防控工作重点是要加强肠道传染病的防控力度，同时还必须加强其他传染性疾病的防治与监测工作。 　　关键词：传染病；发病率；疫情分析 　　Analysis on Epidemic Situation of Notifiable Infectious Diseases in Miyi County in 2015 　　XIE Huai-wu，YANG Xiu-ye， 　　（Miyi County Center for Disease Control and Prevention，Panzhihua 617000，Sichuan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective Understand miyi county legal infectious disease pathogenesis regularity， to provide scientific basis for infectious disease prevention and control countermeasures. Results Report in miyi county， 2015 b， c class infectious diseases， 11 kinds of 448 cases， report the incidence of 199.97/10；Infectious disease incidence rate fell by 1.75% compared with 2014.4 cases of death （AIDS）， the report mortality of 1.79/10.The incidence of infectious diseases among the six diseases in turn for hand， foot and mouth disease， bacillary dysentery， tuberculosis and other infectious diarrhea， AIDS， viral hepatitis.
