连续血液净化用于重症脓毒症治疗疗效观察 　　摘要：目的 对重症脓毒症患者予以连续血液净化治疗的临床效果进行剖析。方法 遵循随机原则选取2014年9月～2015年9月于我院接受诊疗的重症脓毒症患者76例，并将其以每组38例平均分为普通组与特殊组。给予普通组患者进行常规治疗，对特殊组患者则在前者治理基础上进行连续血液净化，然后对两组患者的临床表现和疗效进行记录与比较。结果 特殊组患者痊愈21例，改善17例，不存在失效病例，临床总有效率为100.00%；而普通组患者痊愈11例，改善18例，失效9例，临床总有效率为76.32%，前者疗效明显大于后者，且两者数据差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。同时，特殊组与普通组患者在各项生命指标和不良反应发生情况两方面上均存在统计学差异（前者优于后者，P0.05）。结论 采用常?治疗结合连续血液净化对重症脓毒症患者进行深入治疗，除可获得理想的疗效外，亦可同时抑制不良反应的发生，值得大力推广。 　　关键词：连续血液净化；重症脓毒症；疗效 　　Continuous Blood Purification for the Treatment of Severe Sepsis 　　SUN Han-gao 　　（ICU，Dazhu County Peoples Hospital，Dazhu 635100， Sichuan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To patients with severe sepsis by continuous blood purification treatment of the clinical effect were analyzed. Methods According to randomly selected from September 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital 76 patients with severe sepsis in the diagnosis and treatment of patients， and to 38 cases in each group were divided into normal group and special groups of patients were given normal group. The routine treatment， patients in the former group of special governance on the basis of continuous blood purification， and then compared with the records of clinical manifestations and curative effect of two groups of patients.Results The special group of 21 cases were cured， 17 cases improved， there is no failure cases， the total clinical effective rate was 100 .00%； normal group 11 cases were cured， 18 cases improved， 9 cases ineffective， the total clinical effective rate was 76.32%， the former is significantly larger than the latter， and there was a significant difference between the two data （P0.05）.
