新技术应用 ·2067 · 模糊系统辨识方法综述 蒋 强 1，2 肖 建 1 蒋 伟 1 何都益 2 1 西南交通大学电气学院 四川成都 610031 2 乐山师范学院 【摘 要】 模糊系统辨识是模糊系统建模的重要手段， 辨识的优良直接影响系统建模的精度。模糊 系统辨识可以分为两部分进行认识，即模糊系统结构辨识和参数辨识。回顾了近年来模 糊系统辨识的理论和方法，如模糊聚类，多分辨率自适应空间分解，SVM 和核函数法， 粒子群算法等。对各种算法特点进行了介绍，对模糊系统辨识的发展进行了展望。 【关键词】 模糊系统 系统辨识 结构辨识 参数辨识 Overview of the Methods of Fuzzy System Identification 1 2 1 1 2 Jiang Qiang ， Xiao Jian Jiang Wei He duyi 1School of Southwest JiaoTong University ，Chengdu 610031 ，Sichuan ，China 2Leshan Teachers College ，Leshan 614004 ，Sichuan ，China Abstract ：Fuzzy system identification is one of the main approaches of fuzzy system modeling. The accuracy of fuzzy system model relate to the result of fuzzy system identification. Fuzzy system identification includes structure identification and parameters identification. The state of theorem and methods of fuzzy system identification was briefly reviewed. Widely used methods of fuzzy system identification were discussed ，including those based on fuzzy clustering ，multi-resolution analysis ， support vector machine ，kernel function ，and particle swarm ，etc. The characteristics of the methods were analyzed Future research directions of fuzzy system identification were outlined. Keywords ：Fuzzy System ；System Identification ；Structure Identification ；Parameters Identification 随着科学技术的快速发展，现实问题日益复杂，很难得到被控对象的数学模型。很多问题我们都 无法用精确的数学语言来描述，无法对被控对象实行精确控制。如何进行系统建模，是目前控制领域 研究的热点问题。 1956 年，模糊理论之父 Zadeh 首先提出了“辨识”这一科学术语。他认为辨
