对妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇实施护理干预的效果分析 陈巧玉 伍彦芬 李玟 【摘要】目的：探讨妊娠合并糖尿病的孕产妇进行护理干预的效果。方法：120例妊娠合并糖尿病孕产妇随机分为观察组 60 例，对照组 60例。观察组在常规治疗护理的基础上，进行一系列的特殊护理干预措施；对照组采用常规的治疗和护理方法。分析两组孕产妇妊娠结局、并发症和围产儿并发症的情况。结果：经一系列的特殊护理干预后，观察组的围产期合并症、围产儿并发症低于对照组，母婴妊娠结局优于对照组。经统计学处理，差异具有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论：对妊娠合并糖尿病的孕产妇进行积极的护理干预，能有效地降低孕产妇及围产儿的并发症，提高围产期母婴的生存质量，使孕产妇及婴儿顺利渡过围产期，保障母婴平安。 【关键词】妊娠合并糖尿病 护理干预 效果分析 Effect Analysis for the Nurse Intervention to Pregnancy Associat3d with Diabetes Chen Qiaoyu Wu Yanfen Li Wen [Abstract] Objective: Discussion of effect nurse intervention on Pregnancy associated with diabetes. Methods: 120 cases patients of Pregnancy associated with diabetes random divided into two groups. One group was 60 cases as observation. The other group 60 cases was as control group. The observation group was used series of special nurse intervention methods base on the conventional intervention. The control group was used conventional intervention and treatment. Analyzed the two groups result of the pregnancy outcomes, complication and perinatal complication. Result: After series of special nurse intervention, the perinatal period complication and perinatal complication of the observation group is lower than control group, and pregnancy outcome of the observation group is better the control group one. The difference is statistical significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Positive nurse intervention to the patients of Pregnancy associated with diabetes, can effectively decline the pregnant and delivery woman perinatal complication, improve the quality of live of the mother and infant during the perinatal period and get through safely. [Keywords]: Pregnancy associated with diabetes, nurse intervention, effect analysis. 妊娠合并糖尿病是指在原有糖尿病的基础上合并妊娠者或妊娠前为隐性糖尿病，妊娠后发展为临床糖尿病者，或妊娠期出现糖尿病3种情况的孕妇。妊娠合并糖尿病其临床过程复杂，对母儿危害较大，属高危妊娠之一。近年来发病率有上升趋势，我国发病率为1％～5％。 绝大多数的妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇无临床症状，导致漏诊或确诊较晚并容易发生并发症。妊娠合并糖尿病的产科并发症有自然流产、妊娠期高血压病、泌尿生殖道感染、羊水过多、胎膜早破、早产，易发生巨大儿、难产及手术产率增高、子宫收缩乏力、产程延长及产后出血等。巨大儿发生率高达25％～40％，畸形的发生率增高约6％～8％，死胎及新生儿死亡率高，
