Eye, constellation, and FFT waterfall images are useful in developing applications for communications, wireless, image processing, and general DSP. Since the data visualization is already integrated, you can see the effects of your algorithm immediately without opening a separate application. Graphical plots are useful for both debugging and analysis to observe the algorithm in action under different test conditions. Without requiring any additional code, variables can be changed on the fly and their effects seen almost immediately. The real-time analysis features allows you to view problems that are difficult, if not impossible to find, with traditional development tools. Recording events lets you view interrupts, preemptions, delays, etc. Statistics displays the performance of your applications, specifically if it is meeting real-time constraints. Data pipes allow you to run a true data flow execution model. Clever printf routines move all but 30 cycles onto the PC. Everything is fully customizable to meet specific application need
