Planning quantities, etc. (est. ad infinitum) PSAD vs DSAD Data PSAD is more concerned with control center and GT planning data DSAD will add definitions for data used for distribution systems analysis May have to duplicate some quantities DSAD volume is expected to be higher due to greater variety of equipment PSAD - DSAD Conflicts PSAD in MW, MVA; DSAD will be kW, kVA. The PSAD makes very extensive use of per unit values while distribution data uses it less Some Z’s are described in per unit on System MVA base, which is sometimes not used in Dist.
