Using it in the liquid-liquid extraction, a lot of difficult problems can be resolved, such as blocked tower because of materials containing plenty of solid particles. The use of the BHB250Y type smoothed packing and instead of the old one can accord with the requirement of modification. Compared with the original data of the tower the new one shows not only good, complete technique, but also shows greatly increased production ability, product quantity and lower pollution exhausts. The high efficient surface treated packing tower is researched, applied and its economic benefit is analyzed, which brings considerable economic and environmental performance for the business enterprise. It has better prospect for industrial application.
