谈听障儿童康复评估 　　摘要：目的 科学地评估听障儿童的听觉能力，语言能力的实际水平，发现存在的问题，及时调整训练内容及训练方向，促使康复训练实现预定的目标。早日实现听障儿童回归主流，平等参与。方法 客观性与目的性相结合，整体性与部分性相结合，定性分析与定量分析相结合，静态分析与动态分析相结合。采用模糊综合评判，建立数学模型。结果 量化指标能使评估精准，既能鉴别听障儿童当前的听觉语言状态，又能发现其内在潜力和发展趋势，能有的放矢地制定康复训练计划。讨论 将模糊数学和数学模型引进听障儿童康复领域，能使康复训练科学化，能在最短的时间内达到最佳的康复效果，能使康复评估避免人为因素造成的偏差，提高评估的信度和效度。希望同行能将对策论、概率论、随机过程、随机微分方程等引进听障儿童康复领域，力争我国听障儿童康复在世界康复之林中能占一席之地。 　　关键词：听障儿童；康复；评估 　　Talk about the Evaluation of Rehabilitation for Hearing-Impaired Children 　　HUANG Yan-ping，PENG Guang-chuan 　　（Hubei Provincial Rehabilitation Center， Wuhan 430050，Hubei，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To scientifically evaluate the deaf childrens hearing ability， language ability and the actual level of found problems， timely adjust training contents and training， prompting rehabilitation training to achieve predetermined goals.
