摘 要 随着我国建筑（IB）业的发展，高层建筑及建筑群体越来越多，从而出现了智能建筑。智能建筑指通过将建筑物的结构、设备、服务和管理根据用户的需求进行最优化组合，从而为用户提供一个高效、舒适、便利的人性化建筑环境。智能建筑是集现代科学技术之大成的产物。 该论文设计了某智能建筑高级居民住宅的火灾防控系统，主要是消防系统的感应机构，即探测器、警报器等报警系统，和其执行机构，即自动水喷淋与室内消火栓灭火系统、防火卷帘门等灭火系统和各种联动控制。 本论文设计的内容包括火灾自动报警系统、消防通信系统、安全疏散和防排烟系统以及联动控制系统等。 关键词 火灾自动报警 联动控制 喷淋泵 Abstract Along with our country building (IB) of industry development, high building and construction group is more and more, thus appeared the intelligent building. Intelligent building to through the will of the building structure, equipment, services and management according to the needs of the users for optimum combination, thus to provide users with a high efficiency, comfortable, convenient human architecture environment. Intelligent buildings with modern science and technology is a complete collection of the well-known product. This paper designed a intelligent construction senior residential fire prevention and control system, fire control system is mainly induced institutions, namely detectors, alarm and alarm system, and its executive mechanism, and that is to be automatic water spray and indoor fire hydrant extinguishing system, fire extinguishing system and all kinds of doors and linkage control.
