摘 要 精锻机是一种快速精密锻压设备，由几个对称锤头对金属坯料进行高频率锻打，锻压时坯料由操作机的夹头送入锻压箱进行往复锻压。这类机器多用程序控制﹑数字控制或微处理控制系统自动操作﹐是一种生產效率高的短冲程压力机。世界上有许多国家在冶金、机械制造、国防工业上采用了精锻机来生产合金结构钢、高强度合金钢、钛合金和难变形合金的产品。 我国精锻机的研制进程十分缓慢，至今为止只仿制了2台中型精锻机。一台是由大连钢厂牵头制造的一台340t精锻机，另一台是由大连精工锻压高新技术公司提供技术，中国一重制造的400t精锻机，投产后已使用5年。其设备稳定性精度等方面与国外精锻机有很大差距。因此加快国内精锻机的进一步开发研究迫在眉睫。本文主要对精锻机进行了一个总体介绍和对定心夹钳结构以及液压控制系统进行设计计算。 关键词：精锻机，定心夹钳，液压系统 ABSTRACT Precision Forging Machine is a fast precision forging equipment on which mould forging blank isthrowed into forging pressing box and forged and pressed reciprocatingly with high frequency by several symmetrical hammerhead. The style machine is a kind of high production efficient short stroke press, which is operated automatically with procedural control, digital control or microprocess control system. Precision Forging Machine is used in manufacturing of alloy structural steels, high strength alloy steel, titanium alloys and difficult-to-form alloys in metallurgy, machine manufacture and military industry in many countries on the world. Precision Forging Machine devolps tardily in china,so far two medium-sized Precision Forging Machinees have been imitated.one is a 340t Precision Forging Machine made leaded with Dalian steel factory, the other is a 400t Precision Forging Machine manufactured by CFHI with the aide of the technique of Dalian Seiko forging high-tech companies.The Precision Forging Machine has been put into production for 5 years,compared with foreign equipments stability and precision,it have prodigious differences.Therefore, the mending in internal Precision Forging Machines further exploitation research is stared in the face. This paper mainly on precision forging machine was a general introduction and Centring clamp structure and hydraulic system design and calculation.
