Such as restricted culture techniques, the shortage of water resource, high risks of the nature, short industry chain, insufficient processed products, low added-value products, inefficient channels of distribution, less space of profits of markets, high market risks, etc. These factors hinder the development of industry. In order to increase the quality and the efficiency of the industry, as well as to increase the profit of the fishers, it was necessary to deeply specialize in the state of development of the sturgeon and salmon sector.
