摘 要 本设计为碳酸饮料饮料 UASB（Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Bed/Blanket）工艺由荷兰Lettinga教授于1977年发明是。它自70 年代以来得到不断改进和发展，它在处理高浓度有机废水方面与其它生物处理相比具有成本低反应器负荷高体积小，占地少运行简单规模灵活二次污染少与传统污水处理工艺不同，SBR技术时间分割的操作方式替代空间分割的操作方式，非稳定生化反应替代稳态生化反应，静置理想沉淀替代传统的动态沉淀。它的主要特征是在运行上的有序和间歇操作，技术的核心是SBR反应池，该池集均化、初沉、生物降解、二沉等功能于一池，无污泥回流系统 该工艺为碳酸饮料 关键词： 碳酸饮料 Abstract The preliminary design of a wastewater treatment plant for a Carbonated drinks was showed in this paper. The relevant process of the wastewater treatment and a combined process of UASB+SBR disposal were proposed in this article. The main characteristics of the wastewater were large quantities of organic materials, high concentrations of organic pollutions and high COD. UASB ( Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Bed/Blanket ) technology was a kind of method of sewage treatment invented by Lettinga,a Holland professor in 1977.It was a very popular process in organic wastewater Treatment. With continuously improving and developing since 70s, it showed many advantages in the treatment of high concentration organic biological wastewater compared with other organic biological technology, such as lower costing, higher loading, smaller volume, less field using, simpler to be operated, more flexible monument and less secondary pollution. SBR was much different from traditional sewage treatment technology that the time division mode instead of the space segmentation mode, Unsteady biochemical reaction instead of the bistable biochemical reaction, Static ideal settling instead of the traditional dynamic precipitation in the SBR operation. Running in order and operating intermittently was its main characteristic. The core of this technology was the SBR reaction pool, which was combining with homogenizing, first sedimentation, biological degradation, secondary sedimentation and other functions but without a sludge return system.
