(Social Science Edition) No. 5 Vo l. 14 2015 杏产业市场竞争力分析 一一以甘肃镇原县为例 姚翻翻，刘养卉 (甘肃农业大学人文学院，甘肃兰州 730070) 摘 要:以甘肃省庆阳市镇原县的杏产业发展为研究对象，采用 SWOT 分析方法和波特五力模型分析法，对镇原县 杏产业的优势和劣势、机遇和挑战等因素进行了系统分析，结果表明 z 镇原县杏产品初级加工程度低，市场竞争力不 强;生产企业规模小，竞争无序;产业的产品附加值和档次都不高，导致经营战略错位。提出了椎进杏产业精深加 工，带动结构优化调整，提升竞争力;扩大企业生产规模，提倡科学管理和创新经营，保证有序的市场竞争;突出镇 原杏产品形象的包装;政府加强杏产业链的安全监督与管理;农户应该合理规遥自然灾害造成的损失等对策。 关键词:杏产业;市场竞争力; SWOT 分析 F 波特五力分析法 z 镇原县 中图分类号: F326 文献标识码 :A 文章编号: 1671-816X (2015) 05-0491-07 Analyses on the Market Competitiveness of the Apricot Industry一一-A Case Study of Zhenyuan in Gansu Province YAO Fan-fan , LlU Yang-hui (The College 0/ Humanities. China) Abstract: The article. taking the apricot industrial development in zhenyuan county of Qingyang city in Gansu province as the research object. using the SWOT method and Porter Five method , made systematic analysis on advantages and disadvantages. opportunities and challenges of apricot industry in Zhenyuan city. The results showed that the low pro- duction processing lead to weak market competitiveness; the small-scale enterprisesproduction to disorderly competition; the poor production added value and quality to strategy dislocation. It put forward countermeasures as follows: develo- ping deep processing and optimizing structure adjustment to improve the industrial competition; expanding the enterprises production scale and promoting the scientific and innovate management to ensure the orderly market competition; high- lighting the package; strengthening governmenfs safety supervision; farmersreasonable avoiding the loss caused by natu- ral disasters.
