Its application is attributed mainly to different social psychology, such as taboo, politeness or political purpose out of disguise. Euphemism is like a mirror reflecting social psychology of various kinds relevant to social issues in different respects. With the development of society, this thesis analyzes the application of euphemisms and the reflections of communication function in English from the angle of social cultural psychology, as well as the variable views of value concepts.
