PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MINUTES REGULAR MEETING MARCH 12, 2002 The meeting was convened by Chmn. Capko at 7:00 p.m. Those attending were: Chmn. Capko; Vice Chair Watkins; Comms. Van Kirk, Friedman, Ciarfella, Walker, Barr, Youatt (1st Alt.), Fleischmann (2nd Alt.); Mr. Shannon, Director of Community Development; Mr. Sickler, Director of Planning and Zoning; Ms. Thoburn, Principal Planner; Mr. Kemp, Principal Planner; Mr. Mayer, Planner; Mr. Baird, Attorney; and Ms. Hampe, Secretary. MINUTES: Comm. Barr moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting on February 12, 2002; Seconded by Comm. Van Kirk. The motion carried unanimously. CONSENT AGENDA: A. POSTPONEMENTS: None. B. OLD BUSINESS: None. C. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Jupiter Yacht Club - Amendment to the Jupiter Yacht Club planned unit development to revise the approved master site plan to indicate the location of all publicly accessible easements, located at 348 U.S. Highway One. (PZ #01-236) Town Council consideration Ordinance 16-02 4/2/02 - 1st reading 4/16/02 - 2nd reading 2. Sawfish Bay Office Building - Site plan application to allow an office building on a 0.5± acre property, known as the Sawfish Bay Office Building, located on the east side of Alternate A1A, approximately 300 feet north of the intersection of Center Street and Alternate A1A. (PZ #01-252) Town Council consideration Resolution 20-02 4/2/02 3. Jupiter River Associates - To provide for the annexation, small scale future land use map amendment, and change in zoning submitted for two parcels of land totaling approximately 0.7± acres, located at 18091 and 18095 North A1A, and generally located 1,000 feet east of the intersection of U.S. Highway One and A1A (Ocean Boulevard). A. Voluntary annexation. (PZ #02-009) Town Council consideration Ordinance 27-02 4/2/02 - 1st reading 4/16/02 - 2nd reading B.
