ECE R34 PREVENTION OF FIRE RISKS 2010/02/19 02-S3 燃油箱火災防止 100/12 增/修內容 修訂國內法規條文草案 說 明 1. SCOPE This Regulation applies: 1.1. PART I: to the approval of vehicles of categories M, N and O 1/ with regard to the tank(s) for liquid fuel. 1.2. PART II: at the request of the manufacturer to the approval of vehicles of categories M, N and O approved to Part I or IV of this Regulation fitted with liquid fuel tank(s) with regard to the prevention of fire risks in the event of a frontal and/or lateral and/or rear collision. 1.3. PART III: to the approval of tanks for liquid fuel as technical units. 1.4. PART IV: to the approval of vehicles with regard to the installation of approved tanks for liquid fuel. 六十六、燃油箱（草案） 1. 實施時間及適用範圍： 1.1 中華民國一０三年一月一日起，使用於Ｍ、Ｎ及O類車輛之新型式燃油箱及中華民國一０五年一月一日起，使用於Ｍ、Ｎ及O類車輛之各型式燃油箱，應符合本項規定。 1.2 除大客車及幼童專用車以外之車輛，申請少量車型安全審驗或逐車少量車型安全審驗者，得免符合本項「燃油箱」規定。 1.本項基準草案之研擬係參考ECE R34 PREVENTION OF FIRE RISKS 02-S3版進行研擬。 2.另據了解，車輛研究測試中心現已具備燃油箱檢測基準草案內容之液壓測試及翻覆測試之檢測能量，爰依交通部指示先行討論就可執行部分分項導入，至於其他檢測項目，再行賡續瞭解並促請相關檢測機構建置檢測能量後，分階段分項導入實施。 PART I APPROVAL OF VEHICLE WITH REGARDS TO ITS FUEL TANKS 4. DEFINITIONS For the purposes of this Part of the Regulation: 4.4. tank means the tank(s) designed to contain the liquid fuel, as defined in paragraph 4.6., used primarily for the propulsion of the vehicle excluding its accessories (filler pipe, if it is a separate element, filler hole, cap, gauge, connections to the engine or to compensate interior excess pressure, etc.; 4.5. capacity of the fuel tank means the fuel tank capacity as specified by the manufacturer; and 4.6. liquid fuel means a fuel which is liquid in normal conditions of temperature and pressure. 2. 名詞釋義： 2.1 燃油箱：係指設計用於容納車輛動力所需液體燃油(2.3所定義)之容器，不包含其他配件(例如加油管(若其為獨立元件)、加油孔、燃油箱蓋、油量表及連結引擎或調節內部過高壓力之管路等)。 2.2 燃油箱容量：係指由申請者所宣告之容量。 2.3 液體燃油：係指在常溫常壓下為液態之燃油。 參考ECE R34 02-S3版 PART I 4.4、4.5及4.6，對於本項法規相關之燃油箱...等名詞擬訂其名詞釋義，以使其定義一致避免爭議。 PART III APPROVAL OF TANKS FOR LIQUID FUEL AS TECHNICAL UNITS 10.5.
