我国冷链物流发展现状与对策研究 年级：2012级 学号：120540132 姓名：高升 专业：工业工程 二零一五年六月  摘要 摘要:冷链物流是以保持低温环境为核心要求的供应链系统，是随着科学技术的进步以及制冷技术的快速发展而发展起来的，是以冷冻工艺学为基础、以制冷技术为手段的低温物流过程。冷链物流的发展不仅受国际宏观环境的影响，也受国内经济体制等自身因素的制约，随着经济的发展以及人民生活水平的提高，我国冷链物流需求增幅加快，冷链物流过程逐步规范，冷链物流企业逐步发展，冷链物流信息技术水平不断提高。但仍然存在许多问题，冷链经营主体出现问题，冷链设施不完善，食品冷链物流发展滞后，冷链物流缺乏上卜游的整体规划与整合。为推动我国冷链物流持续、快速、健康发展，应加快推进冷链物流保障体系建设，制定规范的冷链物流产业政策;建立冷链物流安全监控信息网络平台;制定专业冷链物流人才培养政策，以推动冷链基础设施建设，逐步实现冷链物流封闭化运作.形成完整的冷链物流系统。 关键词：冷链物流 冷链物流建设 SWOT分析 Abstract Abstract: cold chain logistics is to maintain a low temperature environment as the core requirements of the supply chain system, is developed with the rapid development of science and technology progress and the technology of refrigeration, is based on freezing process based, refrigeration technology means the process of low temperature logistics.
