摘 要? 老鹰茶是西南地区特色古茶饮。现代药理研究表明老鹰茶中的总黄酮具有显著降血糖、血脂，抗菌、消炎等作用，
对治疗 2 型糖尿病、酒精性肝损伤有独特疗效。本文通过对老鹰茶的原料植物资源、化学成分、药理作用、毒理和加工利用等
方面的研究现状进行综述，以期为老鹰茶特色茶饮资源的可持续开发利用提供参考。
